 All "customer direct "plumbing repair parts and labor are warranted for two full years parts and labor

 All water heaters carry full manufacturers warranty plus a full two year labor warranty

* some restrictions apply

 All water filtering equipment is warranted for a full 10 year parts and twoyear labor  

* All drain cleaning warranted for 90 days

Electrical Repairs

All "customer direct"electrical system repair parts and labor are warranted for a full two years

* Warranty restrictions

1) All non emergency repairs will be completed during normal working hours,after hours                                appointments are availible at standard premium rates

2)Standard restrictions such as Normal maintainance, battery failure , fuse replacement, freeze damage , acts of god , flood damage , are not covered and will be repaired at standard rates

3) Limited coverage of two years parts and labor on condensate pumps.
