Why should I have a Silver Plan?
We have been in business since 1980. In that time we have seen that your mechanicial systems consisting of the heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems operate more efficiently and last longer with scheduled maintenance. Just like a car, your systems will have a longer life and cost less to operate when properly cared for.
What are the other benefits of a Silver Plan?
We perform two maintenance inspections yearly. Silver Plan customers receive a 20% discount on any breakdown service and a reduced service call fee of only $19.95.
Are there other benefits?
Our Silver Plan customers receive priority service which becomes very important to the comfort of your family when the weather is at it's worst.
Who performs the maintenance?
Home Service Corp. employees a full staff of Plumbers, HVAC Technicians, and Electricians who are experienced in servicing systems just like yours.
What does all this cost?
For less that $20.00 a month you can have peace of mind that your mechanical systems are running properly and if the breakdown, you have a company ready to assist.
